Although the official secrecy act is not violated, we should take great care when publishing these personally identifiable information such as date of birth, and ID number. It is 'aronney rodon' to request that we will keep these information out of media when our planners have no forsightedness. People will realize the secrecy of their personally identifiable information in future when they will have citizenship ID or identiciation of some sort (as planned). As identitify theft is a much talked about problem in the depeloped world, we should plan well ahead for what would be a problem in our country say 10-20 years from now.
