Here are some screenshots.

First I typed "b" for the consonant "baw". This gave me the following:

Then I typed the first "i". This produced a hroshsho-i-kar for the "baw", as 
shown in the 
following image:

Finally, I typed another "i" which ought to have changed the hroshsho-ee-kar to 
a dirgho-
ee-kar. Instead, it simply resulted in the "baw" and hroshsho-ee-kar being 
followed now 
by an intact "hroshsho-ee". See the following image:
