The time when all of Asia takes a holiday while the western world ask where their order is and why cant they contact support. Couriers and warehouse staff will take a short break from February 7th to 12th, there will be no shipping during these periods. Chinese factories will be closed from the 20th of January through to the 12th of February which means a stock shortage in mide to late February.
