nfs-server: Work around Debian bug #847204
Also, refactor the `nfs-server` role to be more parametric, otherwise we would
end up with too many conditionals in a single file...

Fixes for the main `gridengine.yml` playbook.
Two independent changes are squashed together in this commit:
* Try to ensure that GE installation and exporting cell directories via NFS is
done in the right order:
1. install GE master
2. install NFS server on GE master
3. install NFS client on GE submit+exec hosts
4. install GE on submit+exec hosts
This should fix #347, though more testing is needed.
* Make a compatibility symlink to allow exporting the cell directory on Debian
"jessie", fixing the last problem in #357 (hopefully)
This one is only a provisional change, until I have time to rework the thing
to be parametric and allow for different GE/SoGE packaging layouts.
