Fix detection of CUDA-enabled GPUs when PCI ID is not in OS `pci.ids` file.
PCI IDs of recent hardware may not be available on vanilla OS images,
in which case the output of `lspci -vmm` does not report any name for
a name, which led the module to fail with an exception:
ValueError: substring not found
