Sorry, contrary to what stated in the vulnerability announcement,
non-vulnerable versions of Ansible have *not* yet been released!

I'm thus reverting the requirement for Ansible >= 2.2.1; if you are
running ElastiCluster with a configuration that makes you vulnerable
(e.g., untrusted 3rd-party VM images, users with access to the same UNIX
account used by Ansible, etc) then you can download the release
candidate Ansible code from: http://releases.ansible.com/ansible/
