Maybe your custom autocomplete isn't work.
I see that:
index.analysis.analyzer.autocomplete:
type: custom
tokenizer: whitespace
filter: lowercase#, auto_edge_ngram
Maybe you should remove # and restart your es server.
After that please check your log whether ES start right.
