Looks like it's trying to access it online. In AWS we are in private
address space with no connectivity to the internet


[root@ip-10-80-140-62 ~]# /usr/share/elasticsearch/bin/plugin -i
/usr/share/elasticsearch/marvel/latest

Trying http://download.elasticsearch.org//usr/usr-share.zip...
