Your index may not be updating due to the way you are creating the doc.
values = { "doc" : "{ Parametros : PruebaParametros }" }
Should be...
values = { "doc" : { "Parametros" : "PruebaParametros" } }
-> Notice the change in quotes and where they are being placed
