I did not get a chance to look at it yet in details. Just to make sure it's not related to the jetty plugin, could you try remove it from the tribe node? My only workaround would be to bring up a VPN so I can access all the nodes via their private IP addresses, but this will increase the complexity and require me to manage the VPN(s).
