You can use score_mode as min on that field -
http://www.elasticsearch.org/guide/en/elasticsearch/reference/current/query-dsl-function-score-query.html
But i guess for that to work , you need to enable
                "include_in_parent": true,

In nested type -
http://www.elasticsearch.org/guide/en/elasticsearch/reference/current/mapping-nested-type.html#mapping-nested-type
