If you are using the XDCR protocol for couchbase -> Elasticsearch replication (which is what the transport client plugin uses), there's currently no way of doing this from that replication level and you will have to do this using an external tool. Considering percolation is an offline process, it seems to me that would be the solution for you anyway.
