Thanks David, I solved the problem.
The field was being analyzed, so I did this:
"mappings": {
      "produto_cadastro": {
         "properties": {
            "id_instancia": {
               "type": "string",
               "index": "not_analyzed",
               "include_in_all": false
            }
         }
      }
   }

And it worked perfectly.
