Presume a psv is a pipe separated values file and nothing to do with a
playstation save file :)

OK if it is a Pipe delimited file then you should be able to use the csv
filter with a "|" separator.  Something like this

csv {
    columns => [
        "c1","c2","c3"]
    separator => "|"
}
