Hi Allan,Thank you SO much for your time and efforts,and for making those inquiries ! I'm not surprised some of those Fuhrmanns were non- receptive about speaking about their families.Story has been passed down that we have family someone there in N.Y.,but for whatever the reasons,there was a huge rift at some point,and when that happened,my grandad and his side were disowned and wiped from all dealings with those folks,and never to be spoken of or to again....So far,I'd say they've succeeded ;)...Anyway,I do thank you and greatly appreciate you for trying to help and contacting me.Will let you know if and when I find my family...Don't hold your breath...lol....
