I have problems with the power regulation,LCD, displays correct,but power is
after start up, zero and increases to max when the potmeter is rotated
clockwise. turning the pot ccw has no effect,power still max.
Voltage measured on junction d3/rp2(,82 k )shows 3.7 Volts
regardless position of potm.Voltage also fluctuates ~10%
power follows this fluctuation.
My knowledge of the digital circuit between the potm. and U10a is little,
unfortunately.
I hope someone can help!
