Hello all, having built the KPA-100 and passed the SWR test on page 44 (yes I did use the wrong toroid for T4), I'm having a problem with the PA bias adjustment.
Setup as per manual, I have an idle current of 530 mA, which gives me a target current of 930 mA. When I press and hold the TUNE button, the current drops to 450 mA and stays there no matter where R6 are positioned. Any suggestions.
