Steve, Solder these jumpers in just as though they were 0 ohm resistorsn nothing fancy, just a wire to provide a conductiong path. If you install the KAF2 or the KDSP2 you must remove (de-solder) the jumpers and solder the option headers into the same holes occupied by the jumper leads - so put the jumpers in with consideration for easiest removal when the time comes.

Do these jumpers extend down as the ground jumpers on the top side , right and left , 5 mm or so ? I dont see any drawings to the effect but assume they are done the same way across the R18 and 19 outline but just cut.
