Amen Don! I don't know why anyone would want anything else.
One suggestion for positioning. Mount the dimple opposite one of the
knob shaft access holes so you can add a counterweight if necessary.
I like very light drag, and the added dimple weight had a tendency to
make the knob want to rotate toward the bottom. I inserted a small bit
of solder in the hole opposite the dimple which nicely balanced the
knob. Silky smooth tuning yet my knob does not want to work backwards
to seek gravity when I stop (...or after spinning it).
