Lyle, You da' man. I thought I might have over tightened the screws and bent the frame but it was perfectly straight. When I emailed Gary, one of the things he suggested was to do a little *gentle* prying between the magnet and the frame. That went right over my head. Your mentioning the weight of the magnet lit the light bulb over my head. I never even noticed that the strut with the terminals was caved in. Raising that just a little and now it sounds normal.
