Yep, a number of people haven't received their T33C QSL's yet. Due to a snafu at Friedrichstafen, I ended up with everything necessary for the NA/SA/OC cards, but the cards themselves. I've sent out about 200 envelopes so far, but am currently waiting on more blank cards from Europe.
