Yes, I would think so too. I don't inventory parts but the one thing I do is take all caps and stick them in foam and get them all sorted. Guess at that point it would be easy to inventory at least the caps.
My first K2 had no missing parts. This one was missing an IC on the control board and one extra of another IC. It is possible that the C198 got lost and I wont rule it out :) But, looks like it is gone regardless. If it is nothing special, I will see if I can find one locally. Have SSB, NB, DSP, 160 and 100 watt to build yet.
