Have used 2 part epoxy glue in the past to successfully glue broken ferrite
cores back together such as the type used in TV line O/P transformers. The
secret seemed to be to have a minimum gap as possible remaining between the
parts, so a small amount of glue was essential. Superglue was not available at
the time, but assuming it will stick the parts together should work as
required with the minute amount that needs to be used minimising the gap
between the
parts.
