International membership of ARRL is available for US$39. For that price you get QST, QEX and NCJ electronic copies on an annual CD plus access to the members-only web site. There is a wealth of information available there, and it is well worth it in my opinion. Getting hardcopy QST mailed out bumps the cost to about US$65 which is a bit less attractive. My local library subscribes to QST, so I wander in there when I get a craving for good old fashioned ink-on-paper.
