Try Futurelec. The '5109 has strong IMD performance, but you'll probably find that it doesn't have enough gain by itself (about 11dB max). The only devices I've found after building dozens of circuits that have equivalent IMD performance and high gain (20dB) are the Gali series MMICs from Mini-Circuits, and they're much easier to use (although they are smallish, they are still very easy to use). You can order them over the net. They also have a dB or two lower NF.
