Hi The KFL1-4 should come with both crystals. Yes you will need to install the 18.1000 MHz crystal for the 10.100 MHz band and 80 KHz span.

So my question is: Do I need the other Xtal which is 18.100 Mhz (not supplied in the kit) or can I tune the board to my desired frequency range with that included 18.000MHz Xtal?
