Converting from baudot wouldn't be too hard a job
using a programmable logic array. We often think the
only way to solve data problems is by software.
Having recently led a group of students
(pre-university) in solving some real time video
processing problems, I know that converting baudot is
not that hard.
Converting back may be a bit more difficult though...
However it may be something like the MFJ CW reader
that I've seen advertised.
