I had same readings Brian!
I thought that I would go on since readings was under 10% down.
Worked OK.
My PS was 14,2v.
Move on !
Good luck.

Subject: [Elecraft] KPA100 Voltage Measurement Discrepancy Question
Hi all:
I just completed the "Initial Tests" section for my KPA100 to go with K-2
S/N 4387. The power supply voltage is 13.2V. Several of the pin voltage
measurements were a little low:
U1 Pin 1 4.895V instead of 5.0V
U1 Pin 20 4.895V instead of 5.0V
U1 Pin 27 5.59V instead of 5.8V
U1 Pin 28 5.44V instead of 5.7V
U4 pin 11 4.895V instead of 5.0V
Do I have a problem? Where should I look?
Thanks. 73 de Brian W3BW
