First of all...my thanks to the folks at Elecraft for their helping out with getting my KPA-100 upgraded before the CQ-WW CW test!
I did the mod, installed the new shield and clips, set up the bias and am getting 100W out on all bands. So Ser# 1117 is now a full fledged K2/100. It feels good to build something from a kit again! And to have it work first time out is a good feeling too.
