Hi All, Thanks for the suggestions re recovering from a loss of receive audio. I took all the modules out, put them back and the K2 mojo came back. I'm still baffled about what occurred, but hey I'm not complaining.
I finally got around to building the KAT100 over the past week - wow isn't it like magic when you are building an Elecraft kit and the various parts suddenly come together and you can see the end result. For the KAT100 for me this occurred when I bolted the RF board to the front panel.
