After retracing my steps in trying to get the KIO2 to play, I discovered that it worked when I connected the cable to J1 without the two jackscrews in the plug. It appears that the holes in the nuts holding J1 to the top cover are too shallow to allow the connector to mate all the way. I think I need to shorted the jackscrews a little so the connectors can fully mate. Anyone else seen this?
