Looking at the reviews in QST - the noise floor on the TR-7 was measured
at -133 dBm on both 80m and 20m. The noise floor on the K2 was measured
at -137 dBm on 80m, and -138 dBm on 20m. So, you're saying you want to
WORSEN the noise floor by 4-5 dB?
Heh, take the IF gain down a bit -- should do the trick :).
