Thanks to all who made suggestions on the reflector. I have ordered a 40 meter hamstick. But in the meantime, I have been using a 24 foot piece of wire attached to a magnetic mount I have on the roof of my Jeep (I attach it to an old two meter whip I had).It seems to work okay. I am not yet able to have QSO's while in motion (I am barely able to handle CW in the shack with full concentration!).
