Pages 9 & 10 show a random length wire antenna system using a "POMONA 1296 BNC to Dual Binding post adapter (mouser #565-1296 $11.83 or jameco #99354 $5.29). My Jameco catalog shows the 99354 to be MALE banana plugs while the 125233 is FeMALE binding posts at $4.95. The picture also shows it that way.
