K2-4555 is now at last completed and fully functional. It has been quite a time
a-coming but a couple of snags of my own making. Last was a faulty control
board C22 on which the screw was just spinning with no change of frequency.The
replacement now installed and all calibration complete. Next order will be a 2m
transverter, looking for much better strong signal handling than on my IC706,
which actually does quite well in contests.
The Elecraft reflector has been most interesting and instructing to
read at all times , thanks to all contributors and of course to the Elecraft
team
