One phone call, on which Scott spent 15 minutes helping me identify a $0.25 part and it was here 3 days later (across the continent to N.J.). Elecraft service has a well deserved good reputation. I have found it to be as close to perfection as you can get. This reflector and the phone support are phenomenal.
