Hi all the list Thank's a lot to Gary, Jim, Toby, Luc, Don ... for your replies !
Up to now, I did statics tests resistances to ground and voltage, with power to minimum. So, here are the results : 12V = 11.37 (I'm using a very small PS (12 v/0.5 A) to minimise the curent problem) Input curent rx = 0.221 A Input curent tx = start at 0.470 A and go up to more than 1 A when the supply fold down to zero! 8A = 7.98 V rx, 7.98 tx 8R = 410 ohms to ground, 7.89 rx, 0.250 tx 8T = 300 ohms to ground, 0.002 rx, 7.89 tx Q5c = 650 ohms, 11.33 rx, 11.17 going down to zeo in tx Q5b = 110 ohms, 0 rx, 1.23 tx Q5e = 23 ohms, 0 rx, 0.29 tx Q6c = 660 ohms, 11.33 rx, 11.15 going down in tx Q6b = 65 ohms, 0 rx, 1.09 tx Q6e = 1.5 ohms, 0 rx, 0.38 tx Q7c = 680 ohmd, 11.32 rx, 11.27 going down in tx Q7b = 55 ohms, 0.005 rx, 0.643 tx Q7e = 0 ohm, 0 rx, 0 tx Q8c = 680 ohms, 11.32 rx, 11.27 going down in tx Q8b = 55 ohms, 0.005 rx, 0.643 tx Q8e = 0 ohm, 0 rx, 0 tx I stoped the test whenever the 12V reached 9.0 v in tx !!! Well, Gary told me that I had to watch 8R going down in tx at least 0 .3 volts. The 250 mV was not far from this limit so I pushed the point and changed the 2N3906. The only result where 7.91 in rx and 0.248 in tx so...??? I do not think this switch circuit is involved! Nothing else for now. I will try the signal tracing this afternoon and we will see what come out ! Once more thank you for your intervention and I will keep u informed of the results...
