I adore my K3, but the Owner's Manual index, not so much. I just went looking for references to the preamplifier, because I couldn't see the button caption to turn it on or off (I know, I'm blind), and there is not a single hit on the term. This is often my experience when trying to use the index, and it makes lookups a lot harder. Perhaps somebody at Elecraft might have time to turn a really good indexer loose on the manual.
