I haven't lost faith yet. You might try this [EMAIL PROTECTED] which is the address he used when he sent me an update (4/15) that my order was about to ship. He indicated he does them in batches. Based on his notes it sounds like the turnaround is about 4 weeks and my order happened to arrive (3/26) when he was starting another batch. Maybe your timing wasn't so fortunate.
He has a new web site at http://cwkeysdustcovers.com/ which is very much like the old one. I saw a page there to ask for info or send a note (as he had on the old site).
