Not really. Just do the 100 watt option FIRST, check it out and then add the K144XV 2-meter option.
While installing the 100 watt option you can mount the 2-meter antenna connector on the fan panel. Just be sure to tape up and protect the other end of the coax attached to the connector so it doesn't short anything out until the 2-meter module is installed. With that done, you won't need to touch the KPA100 option installation to install the K144XV option. If you don't install the 2-meter antenna connector, it only takes a couple of minutes to do later with the rest of the 2 meter module.
