This thread has probably gone on long enough but I couldn't resist making a comment. The TenTec glow-in-the-dark dial ring reminds me of an option that I have on my 2010 Ford Fusion. It has what is described as "mood lighting." A small band of lights (I assume LEDs) outlines the center console cup holders, with a couple more that project down into the floor area around your feet. There are about 5 different colors that you can switch between. The floor lights make white tennis shoes look a little strange! Our salesman tried to push this as a big selling feature! It's all rather silly and my wife and I have our "mood lighting" turned off - and that has nothing to do with our age or moods! ;-)
