Heck, you don't even need the heat shrink. A wire tie or two on each end keeps them secure to the coax so they don't slide.

I currently have 10 of these beads choking the coax to my A3S. I used 10 beads because I intend to add the A743 40m kit eventually and needed the extra impedance on 40m.
