Raj, I don't know why the RXA mod kit is being shipped with the KXV3A. The website says this mod has been incorporated in all K3s since January 2008. Yes, I would assume that it is already included with your KXV3A. You might want to wait for a more authoritative answer, I am only going by the information on the website.
