I certainly agree with Dave. I don't much care for Norton anti-virus. However, that said, its is possible to simply add an exception so that Norton 360 stops complaining about the program. There are actually quite a few free anti-virus programs including a very nice package from Microsoft. Many of these free programs have very good reputations. My favorite is AVG. I also use Microsoft Security Essentials which is about the simplest to use of any of them. Norton was once the top dog. In fact, from a pure security standpoint, it still is. But it has become extremely bloated after 2+ decades of "enhancements".
