Seems to be something like 60-80 ma extra running DSP on vs DSP bypassed on battery.
With DSP you should be able to toggle between three modes by tapping display: normal, DSP and voltage/current. In the DSP mode, probably showing C something nr, do a series of holds on BAND+ until you find dSP on. Tap BAND- and you should see dSP byP, This knocks down my battery drain, but does not seem to make as much a difference if I'm running on power supply. Go figure. 73, Guy.
