Does turning on ESSB have any effect other that allowing wider TX SSB bandwidth? Say I had a setup using the 2.8 filter and another setup using the 6.0 filter transmitting at 3.0, is there any difference other that the .2 greater bandwidth? Does the ESSB feature change the mic circuit or any thing else? I understand we have two separate EQ setups (SSB and ESSB).
