BTW, several have asked why I was selling the headset. I bought it thinking that it would replace my old Heil BM-10 headset. In comparing both with the K3, I found that I still preferred the Heil with the HC5 element. The Heil seems to respond better to my voice and was easier to configure for Vox Gain, Anti-Vox. etc. Since there was no overwhelming improvement in the Yamaha versus the Heil, I thought I would stick with the tried and true. Plus the BM-10 is very comfortable to wear if you do not have to block out outside noise--which I don't in my shack. I think the Yamaha is still a very good value especially if you do not already have a headset.
