Bud, I finished building my K2 about 2 or 3 months ago. I have built the SSB board but it is not yet installed in the radio. (I'm a CW guy but plan on doing a little PSK eventually.) I did not get the DSP board but I did install the KAF2. For my casual type of operating the standard filters work great. I think that I've used the KAF2 only once and it did a very good job.
