Mike, if you are talking about the crystal filters (a.k.a. I.F. filters, Roofing Filters, etc.) the answer is 'yes'. The subrx RF path is completely separate from the main rx so you'll need filters for the type of operating and modes you want to receive.
You'll need the KBPF3 bandpass filter for the subrx IF you want to tune outside the Ham bands with optimum sensitivity.
