Hello, I am using diversity and I notice something like a relay inside the K3 when transmitting.
Some weeks ago Don told me about a problem I has with the RX ANT IN. The problem was that the antenna I was using in RX ANT IN was very close to the TX antenna. In the case of diversity I have a 160 delta loop connected in AUX RF and a 160 sloper connected to the ANT1. In this case the two antennas must be far away one from the other? This is the same problem I had when using a RX antenna in RX ANT IN? Your 40 mtr Yagi is picking up much more of your TX signal than the Beverage. You should take steps to reduce the amount of TX signal picked up by the RX ant. 73, Don W3FPR ______________________________________________________________ Elecraft mailing list Home: http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/elecraft Help: http://mailman.qth.net/mmfaq.htm Post: mailto:[email protected] This list hosted by: http://www.qsl.net Please help support this email list: http://www.qsl.net/donate.html
